Trip to San fran in late June 2018.

Prepaid rental when booked.

They charged my card again when I got there.

After a VERY long 1 hour wait to get the car.

Have been calling avery few days...sometimes multiple times to customer service line. Always says "sorry...unusually busy....can't take call...try again later" This is the customer service number right on their contract!!

You are asking for more words but honestly I'm not sure what else to say. The issue is as straightforward and unbelievable as I stated. I have never in my LIFE run into anything like this. This is a rental company right inside SFO....not like some sleezy-cheezy place you might rent from off-site. Something has to be done about this.

Reason of review: Double charged me....cannot reach them.

Monetary Loss: $422.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Ripped me off.
