On top of that, Bank of America refused to side with it\'s customer (me) and provide any recourse. STILL no comment back from Fox.

I predict they\'ll go out of business; you can only be this bad for so long! Just hope it\'s not in-between when you book a car and when you pick it up...

This battery issue smacks of serious maintenance shortcuts!

We has a breakdown in a car we rented from Fox at the San Francisco Airport due to this battery -- http://tinyurl.com/foxbreakdown ... Imagine if this was on a freeway at rush hour! Thankfully we were in the middle of nowhere (wait a minute, did I actually just say that?!?) ...

No recourse from Fox -- No response to my complaint... Rent from SFO's Fox Car Rental at your own peril. Just look at that video. TEENAGERS maintain cars better than that! SHEESH!

Folks, trust the umpteen negative posts about this place and stick with the titans like Enterprise, National, Avis, etc...

Monetary Loss: $400.
