During my trip to Oakland Ca. for Thanksgiving, 2018, I booked my car to pick up in Oakland, since that was my arrival airport!

Since the deal was sooo good, it was also non refundable. I get my first reminder showing that the rental car was in San Francisco. They would not change it, since this was a prepaid deal! Landed in Oakland, caught a lyft to San Francisco,( cost $62) they then tried to give me a 15 passenger van, instead of a compact car I reserved!

They tell me, the compact cat would cost $88 more for the week. I asked the representative to get his manager, the manager was called. I then got my rental COMPACTcar, which was clean inside, but the exterior was scratched,and dents all over! I returned the car a day early, and they did refund $17!!!

2weeks later, I get a Toll violation bill! $19.50!! Now remember I landed in Oakland, went to SFO to pick up my car, and the toll violation was in Aurora, Co!!

Go figure!! After 2 weeks of reviewing the toll, they erased the charge!

Bottom line: BECAUSE THE DEAL IS CHEAP, IT'S NOT ALWAYS GOOD!

NO LONGER A CUSTOMER!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $325.

I didn't like: Horrible customer service, Customer service.
